What is Poetry on Demand?
Poetry on Demand (PoD) is the name of my writing group where I host fun & engaging poetry writing sessions to individuals.
Based in the Bronx, NY; we launched in May 2015 and ended (in-person sessions) in April 2020. In January 2021 we hosted our PoD Anthology book launch on Zoom!
In April 2021 we kickstarted our new chapter called "PoD on Zoom" !! Click here for info!
PoD members create poems on the spot initiated fun by mini games, we read newly written poems to the group.
Members build strong bonds and connections around art/poetry, confidence building, networking, sharing and growing. Click here to see a list of PoD members!

Facilitated a Poetry on Demand style writing session at Virtual Gatherings' Caregivers Support Group in August of 2023!
Facilitated a Poetry on Demand style writing session at a poetry writing group called Haus of Expression!! In June of 2022!!
Facilitated a Poetry on Demand style writing session with the Black Women Healing and Empowerment Circle in October of 2020.
I taught Poetry 101 to ESOL Adult students at the International Center in NYC through Catholic Charities. January 2019 - February 2019. A six week course!
Facilitated poetry writing sessions at the Young Adult Success Program!! In December of 2015!!
